It is time for our 62nd Annual BBBC Meeting, Banquet and Awards Ceremony.
The Banquet is held at the Convocation Center on the Ashland University Campus. The address is 638 Jefferson St. in Ashland, Ohio.
The date is Saturday February 12th, 2022.
Here is the schedule of events:
Doors open at 11:00 am
Scorers meeting at 12:00 pm
General membership meeting at 1:30 pm
ODNR State of the State deer seminar at 3:00 pm
Dinner/Raffles at 5:00 pm
Award ceremony/raffles at 6:00 pm
The cost for a dinner ticket is $35 for adults, $25 for children under age 12.
Dress is casual as usual.
We encourage all members, new and old, to bring their mounts or antlers for display. PLEASE NOTE: No displayed antlers or mounts will be taken down until the conclusion of the awards ceremony. If you are not staying until the end, please make arrangements to remove your mount prior to the banquet.
All dinner tickets needed to be purchased ahead. We have now cut off the ordering of dinner tickets. You are more than welcome to come for the day to look at the display of heads and attend the seminars, but we had to cut off the dinner tickets in order to get a count for ordering food.

The hotel you will want to use is the Holiday Inn/Best Western.
If you let them know that you are coming for the Buckeye Big Buck Club Banquet event, they will give you an $89 room rate.
